So I recently tried (and inevitably failed tbh) to vlog and make use of my already rotting youtube channel hahaha! The holy week was nothing but lazy and chill at the same time. Here's a breakdown of the vlog content.
Purchased the game of my dreams lmao
All I did for the first half of the week was play Don't Starve Together with the boyfriend – I've always wanted to try and play this! – which, by the way, is probably the best purchase of 2017!
Exploring another side of Batangas
I always dread going home to Batangas during sem breaks, holidays, etc. because (1) there's nothing to do there really (2) internet is crappy as hell (3) there is no life at 8 in the evening. But that's probably my Manila girl side that's not used to provincial living. This holy week, the family finally decided to get out of the house (like we usually do blech) and see Taal. Expectations =/= Reality, we only saw the other side of Taal but it's still good.
Got around to more video editing
Thanks to this vacation I finally got to binge watch on more video editing tutorials & content creators with minimal aesthetics! During the second semester, I fucking grew tired of video editing. I could feel my eyes resisting the urge to gouge themselves out of their sockets. On a lighter note, I /kinda/ enjoyed doing what I initially wanted to do as a career; then I fell out of love with it and idk anymore.
More thinking and planning
I'm 20 and like most people my age, if not, older, are as clueless as I am. I used to want to be in the film industry as I enjoy reading books and watching films so I was super into the idea of taking up Communication Arts. 1st year was a breeze, came 2nd year thinking that I still want what I initially planned for myself though I already started to work on my first college org, then 3rd year happened where I juggled 2 org works at the same time whilst I try to make each of my work different from the other + I became our documentary's director which had me #sh00kt. Which leads me to the now; clueless of what I really, really wanna do after college, after everything. It makes me anxious – the world's getting bigger and bigger – but mostly excited for the future. The universe never fails me that I'm sure of.
Also, I just got in an advertising agency for my OJT! But that's another blog post for me to tell...and probably a vlog as well haha.
